Order Processing Time

Orders are placed after artwork is approved and receipt of payment. Printing times can differ due to the complexity of the packaging design, the amount of prints ordered, and the finishing. Typical orders should be produced in 8-12 business days. If the bulk order is larger than this or the packaging configuration is highly customised, it may take longer. Production times do not include:

  • Weekends
  • Public holidays 
  • Shipping time

Free Shipping Policy

All orders for Custom Grease Paper packages within the USA are eligible for free standard shipping. This value is a benefit that we offer you and a testament to our dedication to delivering value at a competitive price without sacrificing reliability. Free shipping is only available for standard shipping and can change depending on order size, order weight, delivery area and specific handling needs. For oversized items, pallet freight deliveries, geographic locations out of service, or expedited shipments outside of normal service parameters, there may be additional shipping charges. There will always be complete transparency on additional charges before final order.

Packaging Protection During Transit

We are committed to the integrity of your order from the time it leaves our premises. All shipments are meticulously packaged and handled with protective materials and methods to reduce the chances of damage occurring during shipping and handling. Reinforced corrugated outer packing, moisture-resistant wrapping, edge and corner protection, secure palletisation of bulk orders, and compression-resistant stacking are all protection measures that can be applied. These standards ensure that your packaging is delivered in the same pristine condition that it was delivered from the manufacturer, enabling you to maintain your printing standards while the packaging is transported to its destination.

Delivery Delays

We strive to adhere to shipping time estimates but sometimes may experience delays because of factors beyond our control. Such factors range from extreme weather conditions to outages of carrier services, transportation limitations, shipping during peak seasons, to the shipping details given when ordering being wrong. Delivery dates are always given as an estimate and cannot be guaranteed in case of any unforeseen logistical circumstances. If we know of any delays, we’ll communicate this proactively and try to work with our logistics providers to avoid any issues with your order as much as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible to ensure that shipping information is complete and accurate. You may have to face delayed delivery or return of goods in case of:

Damaged Or Lost Shipments

Although we are very strict on our protective packaging, sometimes damage or loss may still happen en route. Damaged deliveries or lost deliveries must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of confirmation of delivery. Customers may be requested to take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping labels, and any product contents that may have been affected to help expedite processing of claims. We will consider all of the information you have submitted and do the best we can to arrange a suitable and timely resolution, which could be in the form of an order for a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.

International Shipping

Our main shipping is at this time exclusively to U.S. customers. We do understand that there are businesses out there that do have international operations and sourcing needs. Our company is open to working with these businesses on a case-by-case basis. International shipping requests may be fulfilled based on the:

  • Import duties and customs
